Chicken Marinara Burger
Ingredients:
For Burger Dough
All Purpose Flour 300 grams
Yeast 1- ½ tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Egg 1
Baking Powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
For Marinara Sauce
Boneless Chicken Fillet 300 grams
Chopped Tomatoes 5-6
Onion 1
Garlic 4-5 cloves
Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Crushed Black Pepper 1 tsp
Cheese Slice as required
Bread Crumbs ½ cup
Soya Sauce 1 tbsp
Basil 1 pinch
Lettuce Leave as required
Olive Oil 2 tbsp
Oil for fry
Salt to taste
Method:
For Burger: First take a luke warm water add 1- ½ tbsp of yeast, 1 tsp of sugar and leave for 15 minutes. Take a mixing bowl add 300 grams of all purpose flour add to taste salt ,1 egg , 1 tsp of baking powder and add yeast mixture and make a dough leave for 3-4 hour place the dough in a warm place when the dough is rising up shape the dough into burger place the burger into preheated oven bake it for 15-18 minutes and take it out and set aside. Marinara Sauce: take 300 grams of chicken fillet add 1 tsp of garlic paste,1/2 tsp of crushed black pepper , to taste salt , 1 tbsp of soya sauce mix it well. Add ½ cup of bread crumbs and coat the chicken fillet, heat the oil in a fry pan and fry. Add 1 pinch of basil , 1 onion and 1 tsp of olive oil mix it well make a paste. Take another cooking pan add 4-5 garlic cloves and fry add onion mixture and fry add 5-6 chopped tomatoes and roasted add 2 tbsp of vinegar, ½ tsp of crushed black pepper mix it well when the tomatoes are tender and remove from the heat. Now take the burger cut into the middle spread the marry nara sauce place the chicken fillet add 1 slice of cheese. At last add lettuce leave and close the burger and repeat the procedure and take it out in a serving platter and serve it.
